Show moreCommon Rail injectors are an integral part of the high pressure system. They dose the fuel into the combustion chamber of the individual cylinders. There are two main types of Common Rail injectors - electromagnetic (solenoid) or piezoelectric. Piezoelectric injectors are currently largely unrepairable, as the manufacturer of these injectors does not supply spare parts for a 100% functional overhaul. We refurbish injectors exclusively using new original spare parts. We follow the procedures set by the injector manufacturer and meet strict criteria, guaranteeing 100% functionality of our products. We subject our injectors to rigorous testing at certified calibration stations.
