Dear Autonorma.co.uk Customers,
Due to recent developments regarding Brexit and the United Kingdom no longer being a member country of the European Union, all orders with delivery address in England, Scotland, and Wales* are now released from the VAT tax and are subject to the import tax which is to be paid to our carrier partner DHL conveniently online before receiving our package with the goods.
The standard VAT tax rate in the Czech Republic is 21%, whereas the import tax imposed by the British govt. currently averages at 24%

Minimum order value
Due to newly erected post-Brexit tax legislation, all orders with delivery to the UK must have minimum value of £136 to be fulfilled. Orders to the UK with total value lower than £136 are going to be automatically cancelled and refunded.
*Northern Ireland is still treated as a part of the EU, which means that all orders with a delivery address in Northern Ireland remain unchanged by Brexit; these orders continue to be a subject to the 21% VAT tax with no customs fee.
Should you order on our website as a resident of Northern Ireland, please choose country Northern Ireland as a country of delivery.
Refundable deposit and Collections
As of 1 January 2021, our spedition partner DPD, which facilitates the old core collection service from our customers, has suspended all of its collections and pickups in the UK until further notice.
Therefore, in light of these changes, we kindly ask you to direct all of your return shipments to our UK return address specified below:

When sending your part, please mark the pertinent information on the outside of your return package:

Additionally, your refundable deposit no longer expires after 30 days since the receipt of our product due to these extraordinary circumstances. The time period to return your old part has been extended to 60 days.
