Free delivery and collections of parts

When you order from us, you will pay the amount of your part and a refundable deposit. When you receive your order, you have 30 days to return your old parts to us and get a refund of the deposit amount. How to return the deposit? There are two options: 

  • You have chosen the option for a home collection when you have placed the order: contact our customer service by phone or email so that they can schedule the collection for you, on the day of your choice.
  • You have not taken an option for removal: the return of your old parts will therefore be at your expense. You must return your old parts to us, and we will reimburse the deposit upon receiving them. 

To avoid any damage related to transport, we recommend that our customers pack their parts well and take photos before sending. Autonorma cannot be held responsible for damage caused by the carrier.

How to return a used part to us? 

Sufficiently pack your old part in the original box, so that the part cannot be damaged during transport and no residual fluid can leak from the part - Autonorma cannot in any case be held responsible for damage to parts due to insufficient packaging. If the part is damaged, the full amount of the deposit will not be refunded. For more information, visit the "For customers" section and the old material price deduction list on the website.

  • When you place an order, you have the option of choosing a home collection of your old part
  • To benefit from this pick-up, simply contact our customer service by email or telephone, and one of our customer specialists will schedule the pick-up according to your availability.
  • Put a copy of your invoice or delivery slip in the package
  • No label required, the transporter already arrives with a label which he will affix to the package

How will you be reimbursed?

  • The next working day upon receipt and acceptance of your old part, we will create a document for the refund of the deposit
  • We will send you proof of reimbursement of the deposit to the e-mail address you indicated when placing your order
  • You will be reimbursed within 5 working days, to the bank account provided when ordering
