How we do it

Poor or insufficient lubrication. Intrusion of a foreign object. Turbocharger overheating caused by high temperatures in the exhaust system. Immediately switch off the vehicle after high power mode. (especially driving on the highway)
Therefore, it is important to inspect and eliminate these possible causes of turbocharger damage before installing the remanufactured turbocharger to prevent re-damage of the newly installed part. Turbochargers are very reliable, less than 1% of turbochargers fail due to failure of the turbocharger itself.
How we rebuild TURBOCHARGERS
Preliminary assessment of the technical condition of the turbocharger, which includes the inspection of individual mechanical components and the presence of oil on the intake and exhaust side of the turbocharger. The next step is to check the balance of the rotating part of the turbocharger and the functionality of the boost pressure control (mechanical and electronic).

Disassembling the turbocharger, evaluating the condition of damaged parts, and, in case of inability, replacing them with new original parts. Original fully functional components are thoroughly cleaned or sandblasted.
Dynamic balancing of the turbocharger rotation system (axial and radial clearance) and center leak check to prevent oil leakage. The whole process takes place at authorized Schenck station, which simulates conditions in an internal combustion engine. All values are set according to manufacturer's criteria and meet their standards. The result of dynamic testing is a calibration protocol, which proves its 100% functionality.

The final stage is the completion of the entire turbocharger and the setting of vacuum or electronic control.
