High pressure pumps GAZ

The high pressure common rail system is the injection system of the future. Almost all diesel vehicles produced today are equipped with a high pressure common rail system. The system consists of a high pressure pump, a common rail (hence the name Common Rail) and injectors. The rail is essentially a rigid metal part, so maintenance of the high pressure pump is only required if it is clogged or the pressure sensor inside the high pressure pump is damaged. It is recommended to clean the clogged Rail by ultrasonic cleaning or by blowing under high air pressure. To maintain a high quality level, the pumps are all tested on a special bench after reconditioning.
