Remanufacturing process

Each product type is remanufactured in a different way, to simplify the process for you, we can describe it as follows. First, we disassemble the part into individual components. We replace all the damaged parts with new ones, and clean or sandblast the fully functioning ones. After, we reassemble the car part and test it thoroughly. Each remanufactured product undergoes the same functional tests as a new part. 

Remanufactured products go through the same testing process as new parts and must meet the same parameters. New products are more expensive, and there is only a 2-year warranty, while for remanufactured parts, we offer same 2-year warranty forr better price.

The remanufactured piece is disassembled, and all the damaged parts are replaced with new ones, the fully functioning ones are cleaned and sandblasted and at the end of process, each product is tested. On the other hand, a tested item is a part that has been used but tested the same way a remanufactured item is, the only real difference is in appearance, as the parts are not sandblasted. We provide a 1-year warranty for tested pieces, and 2-year warranty for remanufactured ones.

Majority of car parts is obtained from specialized collection points in the UK, Germany, and France. The remanufacturing itself takes place directly in Opava and is supervised by our Lyon based branch REMANTE SAS.

Remanufactured products must meet the same parameters as the new piece and go through the same testing process. All defective parts are replaced with new ones, the surface of each product is cleaned and sunblasted to a point where it becomes interchangeable with a new piece. We provide a 5-year warranty on all our remanufactured products.

There are three ways to look for a part – via licence plate, car specifications or according to the OE number of an old part. Do not hesitate to reach out for assistance.

Orders made before 4.30 PM are dispatched the same day.

Yes, all unused goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.

Old parts

Send your old parts (packed in a sturdy box, padded so that the part is not damaged during transport) and after receiving and checking your parts, we will transfer the money to the bank account you provided (payment will be made within 10 working days of receipt your old parts).

  1. You buy a refurbished or tested part in our e-shop including a deposit.
  2. Pickup of the old part can be arranged via this link at the earliest on the next working day after ordering.
  3. After the subsequent delivery of your old part to our warehouse, which meets the acceptance conditions, we will transfer the deposit for the old part back to your bank account.
  4. We will refund the amount within 10 working days of receiving the old part. You can provide the bank details when ordering or additionally after delivery of the old part.

All old parts must be carefully packed, we recommend packing the part in a plastic bag to prevent any residual liquids to escape. Customer is responsible for any damages caused by not following our recommendation.

We often receive pieces with partial damage that are not related to the subject of the overhaul as old parts for the payment of deposits. These are broken parts of the part casing (holenders), missing components (for example, missing turbocharger regulation) or irreparable mechanical damage (cracked pump casing) and damaged electronic valves (for selected injectors). In some cases, the part may arrive unrepairable, unusable for further overhaul. In this case, the customer is granted a deduction from the deposit or the deposit is not recognized. Warranty

We provide a 2-year warranty on all remanufactured products, a 2-year warranty on new products and a 1-year warranty on tested products.

We provide a warranty for the whole part, not only for individual components. We always guarantee the functionality of the entire product.

You can easily claim the goods by filling out our online form. We will inform you by e-mail about the acceptance of the part into the complaint process and you will receive a statement within 30 days at the latest. More information can be found here.
