The high-pressure common rail injection pump was developed to meet the strict exhaust regulations in the 21st century. This system consists of a feed pump, a common rail, electronically controlled injectors, various sensors to detect engine operating status and a computer (ECU) to control these devices. The injection pump is motor driven and produces high pressure fuel.The injector is mounted on each cylinder of the engine and the high-pressure fuel from the feed pump is distributed to each injector via a common rail. Remanufacturing common rail injection pump consists of replacing the sensors or the fuel pressure regulator. To confirm the quality, a high pressure pump test is carried out on a special bench after the recondition.
