AdBlue catalytic converters for IVECO

AdBlue catalytic converters for vehicles of the brand IVECO can reduce the amount of nitrogen oxides by up to 95% with their proper function. They inject an aqueous urea solution into the SCR catalytic converter, resulting in a very efficient conversion of nitrogen oxides into NH3 and CO2. Cars with such a system have an AdBlue tank, a supply module (which is handled externally in trucks or as part of the tank in passenger cars) and an injector that injects AdBlue into the catalytic converter. The AdBlue module is controlled by the engine control unit ECU, which evaluates whether the operating conditions are suitable for the injection of AdBlue urea. Another device with a control unit is used to measure the NOx values, namely the NOx sensor. This sensor monitors the quantity of nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gases, the quality of the SCR catalytic converter and other values.

An AdBlue delivery module that has undergone a reconditioning process does not differ in quality from a new part. We grant a 2-year warranty on the modules.
