Please note that regardless of whether you shop or register through the web interface, you must follow the rules below, which define and specify the terms of use of all functional components of the web interface.

 

1.    Registration on the web interface
You can register on the web interface using the registration form available on the web interface. To register, it is necessary to enter a contact e-mail and then follow the instructions provided. A user account is created by registration.

An e-mail address and password are required to access the user account. Keep access data to the user account secret. Our company is not responsible for possible misuse of the user account by a third party.

The information provided during registration must be true and complete. We may cancel an account where false or incomplete information was used without compensation.

In case of changes in your data, we recommend that you make an immediate adjustment to your user account.

Through a user account, you can primarily order goods, track orders and manage a user account. Any additional functions of the user account are always listed on the web interface.

Please note that we have the right to cancel your user account without compensation if your account violates good morals, applicable law or these terms of use.

 

2.     Protection of personal data
When filling out an order or registering on the web interface, you provide us with some of your personal data. Furthermore, when using the web interface, other data to which we have access is obtained, stored and processed. By entering personal data and using the web interface, you consent to the processing and collection of your personal data to the extent and for the purposes set out below, until such time as you express your disagreement with such processing.

2.4. To whom do we pass on your personal data?

2.5. What are your rights in relation to personal data?

- request that we or the processor eliminate the situation thus created. In particular, it may be a matter of blocking, correcting, supplementing or disposing of personal data.

However, if you are not satisfied with the settlement, you have the right to contact the competent authorities, in particular the Office for Personal Data Protection. This provision does not affect your right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection directly with your complaint.

For the provision of information on the processing of personal data, we may require a reasonable fee not exceeding the costs necessary to provide the information.

Supervision of personal data protection is performed by the Office for Personal Data Protection (http://www.uoou.cz).

Our company and potential processors of personal data are based in the Czech Republic.

3.      Google Analytics and cookies

4.1. How do we proceed with copyright infringement?

In the event of non-compliance with the prohibition described above, we will proceed in accordance with Act No. 121/2000 Coll., The Copyright Act, as amended.

5.       Other relationships related to the use of the web interface

5.2. Our company is not responsible for errors caused by third party interventions in the web interface or as a result of its use contrary to its purpose. When using the web interface, you must not use mechanisms, software, scripts or other procedures that could adversely affect its operation, ie in particular disrupt the system or unduly burden the system, and you may not perform any activity that could affect you or third parties. allow individuals to tamper with or misuse the software or other components that make up the web interface and to use the web interface or parts or software thereof in a manner that is inconsistent with its purpose or purpose.
