How to proceed when returning or claiming faulty goods
Is the ordered part different from the one you need?
Create a new order for the right part on our AutoNorma website as soon as possible so that you do not miss out on the goods!
The money paid for the wrong product(s) will be paid to you immediately upon receipt of your package in our warehouse.
Create a complaint by filling out the return claim form below, pack the goods in the original package, and mark the reason for returning the package with a marker on the outside of the package.
How to proceed when returning goods?
Any unused non-compliant goods can be returned within 14 days (from the delivery of the goods) without giving a reason.
The goods must be returned complete, in its original packaging, and carefully packed. Testing protocols must not be missing. Failure to include the testing protocol is going to result in a price deduction on your refund due to unwarranted re-testing of the part.
The money will be sent to you in the same way of payment as when paying for the goods, no later than 14 days from receipt of the shipment.

Each and every product ordered from our website is covered by either 1-year warranty period (2 years with the paid warranty extension) in which you can claim the goods.

When returning the goods, postage must be covered by the buyer himself.
