How to proceed when returning or claiming faulty goods

Is the ordered spare part different from the one you need?

Create a new order for the right part in our e-shop as soon as possible so that you do not miss the goods!

The money for the non-compliant product (s) will be paid to you immediately upon receipt of your package.

Create a complaint below, pack the goods in the original package and mark the reason for returning the package with a marker on the package.

How to proceed when returning goods?

Non-compliant goods can be returned within 14 days (from receipt of the shipment) without giving a reason.

The goods must be returned complete, in the original packaging and packed. Part testing reports must not be missing. Losing them can mean lowering the refund by re-testing the part.

The money will be sent to you in the same way of payment as when paying for the goods, no later than 14 days from receipt of the shipment.

How to proceed when claiming faulty goods?

Is the ordered part not working properly?
Do you need to test the part in the warranty for possible defects?

The goods ordered by you are covered by a 1 or 2 year warranty in which you can claim the goods.
