Alternator HELLA 8EL 011 710-091

As a part of the remanufacturing process, each alternator HELLA 8EL 011 710-091 is completely dismantled. Respective components are thoroughly cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaner whereas the miniscule parts on the inside are carefully inspected under a microscope. Unusable parts have been replaced with new ones; the replacement parts have been examined beforehand to ensure proper functionality of the whole alternator. Upon the completion of cleaning, alternator is reassembled and mounted onto an authorized testing station.
