Starter DENSO DSN2063

Each starter motor DENSO DSN2063 is fully remanufactured and meets the quality standards of a new part. Each piece is dismantled into its foundational components which are subsequently cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaner. The miniscule components on the inside are carefully inspected under a microscope. Unusable parts are replaced with new ones. In order to be used in the remanufacturing process, each component on the starter must meet the quality standards of a new spare part. Upon the completion of cleaning, the respective components are reassembled together and the whole starter is mounted onto a testing station. The result of this testing is a calibration protocol ensuring proper functionality of the product. The protocol is always included inside the package.
